How to subscribe to the Sessional Dates calendar
The registrar’s office publishes the official sessional dates for the campus, however they are in simple PDF format – as published, they do not integrate into your own calendar system.
Faculty IT builds an Office365 calendar from those dates that you can subscribe to with your own O365 account. After that the calendar will appear in any other calendar app you use which is already connected to O365. You can also subscribe directly with most calendar apps (anything that can subscribe to an .ics feed).
- Open your Office365 calendar
- Click “Add calendar” on the left side toolbar, then “Subscribe from web”
- Copy and paste the URL below, name the calendar FEAS Sessional Dates and click Import.
- Give the calendar a name, and choose an icon and colour.

Once this calendar is connected to your O365 account it should appear in any other calendar app you use that already connects to O365. You can also subscribe directly using that same URL above in most calendar apps using their “subscribe to Internet calendar” function.
